Shipping Options

Boardlandia offers several shipping options. In the continental US, our shipping price for purchases under $99 is $8.99 in the midwest and free shipping over $99. Shipping in the continental US outside the midwest is $9.99 and free shipping over $99.

Please note: Shipping address cannot be a PO Box. Boardlandia currently does not ship outside of the United States.

In the state of Wisconsin, there is discounted shipping of $6.99 for purchases under $99 and free shipping over $99.

Boardlandia also offers free in store pickup for customers at checkout. 


Boardlandia will accept returns on all unopened products within 3 days of delivery. Please email for approval before sending back merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If a sealed product is missing parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email Boardlandia and we will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when purchased. It must also be in the original packaging, including shrink-wrap. Boardlandia will not accept returns on used games or games that have been opened.

Refunds may be issued as store credit or in the form of the original payment method. In order to determine the method of credit, Boardlandia will need to see a copy of the sales receipt (such as viewing the emailed receipt). If unavailable, Boardlandia may be able to look up the original transaction via their internal system.

Several types of goods may not be returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Additional non-refundable items include, but are not limited to, gift cards, newspapers, magazines, and downloadable software products. Items marked “as is” or “final sale” are non-refundable.

Pricing Errors

Boardlandia reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after an order confirmation has been received. In the case of a pricing error Boardlandia will contact you via email regarding the error and will process a full refund for the order.
