Jack Frost looks back to the bitter Alabama winter of 1998, when a cold snap and extraordinary floods wiped out a tiny town. Operation WEATHERWATCHER brings them together as a sprawling team of expert researchers from the blackest reaches of government: the infamous MAJESTIC project, at its staggering height as the twentieth century stumbled and died.
