FAQ:

If I don't become a Plus member will I get less service than I currently receive?

No, you will continue to receive the same dedicated customer service and order delivery times that you're accustomed to. We will not be decreasing the level of service any of our customers receive.

What does early access pre-orders mean?

You will get a few days early access to new pre-orders before they are made available to all customers.

What does priority order processing mean?

When you place an order it will be pushed to the top of the queue to be picked and packed. Many retailers offer priority processing on a per order basis, this program builds it in instead of charging per order.

What is a Plus sale?

Every Month we will have a Plus member only sale. You must be a member in order to participate in the sale.

How does the yearly 5% rebate on non-discount orders work?

At some point in Q1 of the following year, all Plus member orders that were placed the prior year which had no discount (excluding subscriptions) will be added together and 5% of the subtotal will be given back as a gift card that expires in 1 year. You must be an active Plus member at the time of calculating the rebate and only orders placed the previous year while a plus member will qualify.

Will these benefits change?

We will always be looking to add new benefits to the program.

If I cancel my membership will I still get the benefits on my orders placed before I canceled?

 No, once canceled you will lose benefits on all orders that haven't shipped.

If the recurring charge fails, what happens?

Your membership will be automatically canceled.
